Bell lead an in-house product study for BSW International, Spectrum and the Wells Group to document the effects of full spectrum lighting on indoor environmental quality and, specifically, on worker productivity and employee satisfaction. This behavioral and social science study utilizes the scientific process of comparing control subjects to experimental subjects.
